Arrived over 20 mins late after three emails to tour operator to provide update. Jammed into the front seat for a 2 hr drive was expecting an actual bus.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this specific provider, London Travel In Limited, due to their inability to respond to repeated messages over the space of two days. As the van was approaching being late 15 minutes, I tried to get ahold of the company and my messages were never responded to. I also tried Viator and was unable to find a real person to speak with. Finally, the van showed up, but not without some uneasiness on our part.

Our driver (I forget his name) arrived on time (actually a little early) . He was very personable and helpful with our luggage. He was a good and safe driver. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Southampton from our London hotel. We highly recommend this company for your transfer needs.

The van was clean and comfortable. We were picked up early which was a plus due to an accident on the freeway that delayed our arrival to the port. I would recommend them for an easy transport.
