Party On Sailing Cruise to Isla Mujeres from Cancun

My bar was already pretty low booking this experience but I wasn't prepared for just how not great the experience would be. They turn most things into an upsell opportunity - they'll sell you on $50 golf cart rentals to "explore the island" which is really just a measly 60 min golf cart ride taking you to one decent view and other weird "photo opps". Tbh, you're better off staying at the "beach club" and paying for a foot massage on the beach. Speaking of the beach club, the food and drinks included are pretty inedible/undrinkable. Stuck to beer all day. Wish I brought my own sandwich. The last stop in downtown was literally anxiety provoking as they take you to some weird "tequila tasting" at the back of a jewelry shop to get a bracelet (you accumulate at least 3 by the end of the boat ride) and the area is just filled with tourist trappy shops. We tried getting back on the boat early but had to wait for it to redock after hundreds of more people offloaded yet another tourist boat.

Best parts of the day: enjoyed the snorkeling, and the staff was honestly really great & accommodating.

Horrible . Misleading, and did not give. And they only gave me half of a refund.. i was something I knew I wasn’t going enjoy .

This was my best boat cruise ever. The boat was well maintained, crew was amazing, they made sure we had a good time. The stops on the way werw well planned. We had an all you can eat buffet, I was able to get a massage (extra cost). The drinks were non-stop, and tasted good. I'll recommend to anyone in Cancun, it's worth it.

The way they advertised and put photos for snorkeling was completely deceiving. They went to the middle of the sea where high tides and strong wind were present and told us to jump into the sea and swim. We hadn't booked for swimming and we had enough of swimming in our resort. They should have taken us to calm waters where marine exit and let us have a true snorkeling experience. This was an obvious cheating

The trip was great from start to finish. The food was excellent and the booze was plentiful. All the people who made it possible were so much fun.

Thank you Captain and the rest of the crew for being great hosts. Music was banging, drinks were flowing and everone had an amasing time im sure. I know me and my friends did. We danced and sang together all day on the boat and the island, and also got to see its beautiful land and peoples.!!! Please go to this tour!

They max out seating and exaggerate this trip that it includes parasailing, peoples statues beneath the water through snorkeling, isla mujeres time to explore, open bar and buffet on Isla mujeres for an amazing price!!

EVERYBODY on out tour were pissed!! They try to upgrade charge u for a better boat, adults only and a golf cart tour on Isla mujeres. So here is my families honest review and probably everybody else on our boat and other people we spoke to on other boats they owned!!

PROS:
Buffet was pretty good
Boat employees are great
CONS:
Open bar was beer and juices and primarily pushed on return back to Cancun not on way over.
Snorkeling was a joke!, we dropped anchor so far from statues, which werent true statues we were told but 2 hand sculptures. Most passengers couldnt even make it to statues before exhaustion. No time to snorkel because were rushed back to boat and people needed help back because they had anchored so far away!! Waste and we all agreed.
Paid $30 to port of Isla Mujeres and had to be back on boat in 25 minutes so ur stuck at port gift shop because anything else would be short on time.
We then go to other side of island for Buffett. Only good thing. We opted for golf cart tour. Complete waste as it did a circle which lasted 30 minutes truly because its a gimmick and every boat coming in makes it a quick turn around. Everybody was pissed. We saw a lighthouse and really about it. Then we wait 2.5 hrs for boat to pick us up because their off shuttling other passengers around on other trips and they got caught by weather.
IF THEY HAD SAID THIS TRIP GETS U TO ISLA MUJERES AMD OPEN BAR AND WILL PICK UP 4 HRS LATER U WOULD BE ABLE TO EXPLORE ISLAND. Its a big scam and pumping music and encouraging drinking doesnt make up for every guest being pissed and most never tipped the poor guys who have nothing to do with this disorganized pump out passenger qty and profits!! This all true and it ruined anymore excursions we will do with these companies. Every pax on boat said same thing!!

We missed our first schedule trip and Monica was so helpful with getting us on another charter and no cost at all. Monica was very helpful and friendly. The boating staff was excellent as well. Very friendly cheerful and Vibrant. Our host was awesome as well he was the life of the party. I can not remember his name but I know it begins with an E. I had so much fun.
