Purchase one tour per car. Everyone can listen at the same time!

Experience the raw power and beauty of nature at Yellowstone National Park. This enormous volcanic caldera has captured the American imagination for decades thanks to its explosive geysers, prismatic hot springs, and astonishing waterfalls. Home to some of the only wild bison and wolves on the continent, this park can’t be missed.

The tour can begin at any of the park’s entrances. Due to poor signal in the park, download BEFORE arrival and use OFFLINE MODE. Note road closures on park website.

After booking, check your email to download the separate Audio Tour Guide App by Action, enter your unique password, and access your tour. These steps require good internet/Wi-Fi access. From there, follow the audio instructions and the route.

New, extra validity — now yours for an entire year! Use multiple times over multiple trips!

This isn't an entrance ticket. Check opening hours before your visit.

We had a car full of kids who were engaged and loved hearing all the stories during our trip. This was a perfect tour for trying to see as much as possible in 1 day

Great audio guide with mapping function by Bluetooth to car. Doesn’t have CarPlay functionality yet. Not sure how you would share with your companions once you get out of the car for side trips.

You can select which entrance you start at and the direction of your tour. This can be used driving only, or you can stop and take the additional walks with audio guide at Old Faithful, Inspiration Point, and other locations.

Great commentary throughout the Yellowstone Southeast route. We only did half of the guide as it’s a long tour (drive) and we stopped at many recommended locations. Awesome times!!

Only critique was that it said that we were going to recd an email with directions on how to initiate the tour. We did not get an email but recd a message on the Viator app. Same difference in a way but we didn’t know to check the app. This is a must and you have to download the tour in full pre trip.

It worked ok for a little over half the day. It kept booting us out but would at least reload and restart. It also would get right to the end of a story then cut off and we would miss the end. Pretty frustrating. Towards the end of the day it would not reload and I lost all of my tours altogether. Which was right when we got to the good stuff. We could have figured it all out without wasting the $25.

Interesting tidbits of history and storytelling was great. Given no cell service this was really a must to ensure we saw all the highlights of Yellowstone. A fantastic value!

A little confusing figure out which way you were going. so while at the visitor center, make sure to ask which way is counter and which way is clockwise. You'd think it's self explanatory but it's not. if your first stop is mammoth, you're doing counter.

Love the voice of the guy, great mix of stories, history and interesting facts. 100% worth the price!

Only feedback for the company would be to play music in between the sights.

The third party app that Viator provided, Action Tour Guide, was very frustrating to use. The narrative would stop randomly, reboot frequently, and didn’t have half the information that our friend’s tour provided.

We couldn't login to the app where we were supposed to start and couldn't login later when we had wifi service in the park. I had logged in the evening before as instructed and downloaded what we wanted to see but when I tried to login the next morning I was told my one-time login had expired! Then I waited fot another login ID which never came. Very frustrating experience, especially when we couldn't get technical support either.

The app truly enhanced our visit to the park. Would definitely recommend.
The GPS activated information appears exactly on cue.

Another outstanding week spent at Yellowstone and The Tetons. Rain and snow marred a day at the latter, but I still took some good photos of favorite places. Yellowstone provided exceptional wildlife viewing, including two different grizzly kills, one feasting on a deer and the second on a good sized buffalo.
