A private (we do not combine groups)and customizable tour that begins at San Pietro Station, the arrival point in Rome for cruise passengers who decide to arrive in Rome by train. Your driver or private guide will be waiting for you just outside the train station exit with a sign with your name. You can choose a tour with a driver or a VIP tour which also includes a private guide. You can also choose to do the tour in a luxury Mercedes van or Golf Cart. We cannot guarantee which vehicle will be available at the time of booking.
Our office will be able to purchase, upon your request, skip-the-line tickets for the Colosseum, Vatican Museums and Pantheon. The cost of tickets is not included in the tour price.
We can also buy your skip-the-line tckts for the Colosseum (Eur 40,00 PP), the Vatican Museums (Eur 50,00 PP) and Pantheon (Eur 7,00 per person).

Stefano made our day absolutely fabulous. The car was luxury comfort and his driving through Rome traffic was impressive! He made suggestions and timed our day perfectly! We got to see everything despite our limited schedule while ashore from our cruise. Highly recommend. The included Vatican/Sistine tour was fabulous! The guide they reserved was great! Excellent value!

Marco was gracious and kind. His knowledge of Rome was unbelievable. He made Italy and Rome come alive for us. His humor and laughter kept our group laughing. How he drove with the busy Roman traffic was so appreciated. We absolutely loved the tour and Marco made it happen for us.

My family and I embarked in Norwegian Cruise in Rome on May 26th and purchased from Limousine Service in Italy our private transportation to and from Civitavecchia Port and also 10 hours of private tour in Rome with a tour guide. This was the best decision we have made. If you take a taxi or any other transportation to Civitavecchia Port, you will need to be dropped off in the entrance of the port, couple of miles away from where the cruises are located and take the shuttle bus or go walking with all our luggage as we saw many passengers doing that. But if you use Limousine Service they are allow to enter inside and take you all the way right in front of the port boarding area. Besides, the service of Limousine Service in Italy is excellent "7 stars". Since we booked their services the responses were very fast, the prices were fair. Before the pick up in Rome, the manager Nicola called us to advise the driver was arriving to our hotel. He did the same when we disembark from the cruise and advise the place where the driver was waiting for us. The driver Marco was amazing. He arrived on time in both pick ups. He made us spend a 10 hours very entertaining for his excellent good humor. He was hilarious. The private tour guide was also excellent and very profesional with a lot of knowledge of the history. I can honestly recommend the services of Limousine Service in Italy.

Our private tour was outstanding Our driver Sergio was very knowledgeable and gave us great pointers during our trip that saved us a lot of time. He recommended places to eat that were not tourist traps and showed us things that the general public typically has never seen. I would highly recommend this tour and driver

First, let me say that trying to see the highlights of Rome in one day is not for the faint of heart. It's pretty much like getting 2,300 years stuffed into you through your eyeballs and ears while moving all day. That being said, if you only have one day, this is the way to do it. Nicola is knowledgable at everything, from how to organize the time to make the most of each stop, to facts about the marble at each site and the history of Rome and the Vatican, to fitting in everything in the brief time allotted. He even ordered lunch ahead and dropped us off so we could literally walk in and sit down to a delicious meal in the middle of the day, complete with amazing pasta and wine. It was one of the highlights of the whole trip, and we did not spend one second waiting in any of the lines we sped past (and there were a lot of them, even in the off season). Absolutely worth the money so that you can concentrate on just enjoying the sights, rather than figuring out transportation, parking, ticketing, or any other tedious logistics and wasting valuable time. You also don't have to deal with the moo, moo, moo all day aspect of a tour bus group tour. Money well spent. Highly recommend.

We scheduled a private tour from Civitavecchia to Rome. The experience start to finish was very well done and I would highly recommend. Our driver was great, even gracious enough to stop and buy us coffee and a roll on our way into Rome because we skipped breakfast! Nicola was an amazing guide, not only extremely knowledgeable about all the sites and Rome in general, but knew all the short cuts to skip the crowds and get the most time possible at each stop.
I would highly recommend this team and the tour. You'll be in great hands and it will be well worth it!

We used this company for two private car shore excursions in Rome and Naples on our recent cruise. They were terrific. Our drivers, Gabriele and Diego, were very pleasant. Our kids enjoyed the interaction. We saw all the key sights in Rome and then a private tour of Pompeii outside Naples. I would highly recommend this company.

Our family of 5 had only 9 hours off our cruise ship(including 1.25 hours drive each way from the port of Civitavecchia in which to see as much as possible of Rome...the greatest city on earth. We hired a private van and driver/guide in order to maximize our time. Fortune smiled on us when we were paired with Nicola - the world's greatest guide (in our opinion) who is genuinely one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. He was immediately engaging and easy to carry on a conversation with throughout the day. He fully customized our trip to our preferences and scheduled our stops efficiently. Without Nicola's exceptional driving, scheduling, knowledge and organization; we believe we would have only been able to see roughly 20-30% of the historical sites we were able to visit in our limited time frame.
To give an idea of how much we and our kids (ranging from 7-13) were able to see in a limited time, we visited:

The Pantheon...

For approximately the same price that we would have paid for the 5 of us to do a ship's excursion on a bus loaded with strangers which saw only The Colosseum and the Forum, we rode in a spacious private Mercedes van and were treated to as much of Rome's history as we could soak up in a day with Nicola, who is a true gem. He navigated the streets incredibly efficiently and was knowledgable about even the tiniest historical details imaginable. By the end of the day we felt as if he were a part of our family. Nicola afforded us one of the most amazing days our family could ever hope to have experienced. (We genuinely thank you Nicola, we will never forget our day with you!)
If you have only a day to see Rome, do it comfortably and go see as much as possible. Nicola and Limousine Service in Italy succeeded in making this possible for our family. We give them our highest possible recommendation.
