We did 3 safaris with mixed experience.
Booking and communication making arrangements, was all excellent.
Day 1 AM - Private jeep, zone 5
Guide was average. Didn’t provide much information beyond the basics. We had to ask for more information
Day 1 PM - Private jeep, zone 6
Guide couldn’t speak any English, so was little more than a passenger. Driver did guide’s job and did a good job. We did find a tiger and watched for about an hour.
Day 2 AM - Cantor, zone 3
Terrible experience in the cantor. Was an hour to go round all the pickups and hour at end for all the drop offs. Limited on where they can go in the park. I wouldn’t recommend a cantor unless you have no other choice. Guide was ok though, best of the 3. Zone 3 is also very scenic.
As expected seeing tigers is hit and miss. Mornings should be more likely. But for us it was the afternoon safari
The guide told us they get randomly allocated to visitors. So no logic to connect International visitors to English (or other language) speaking guides.

Neelams team of guide and driver through the beautifully forested park of Ranthambore were an absolute delight . The drive was incredibly comfortable despite the bumpy path , and the scenery was just infinitely beautiful and calming . The whole journey was serene and special like everything we’ve done in India this far . Could not have asked for a better guide and driver . Happily do it again and again !

The service is really good. They are hardworking, honest, everything went fine. We did our jungle safari today and it was amazing, the driver came to our hotel with the gypsy and we loved every second of the experience. I cannot recommend enough!

I had an outstanding experience.
I booked two safaris, morning and afternoon, with 3 months in advance. 5 minutes after booking, i got call from the agency in order to fix the safari areas and offer to me the ones with more chances to see tigers.
Once arrived to Ranthambore, I had an issue with my hotel and this agency helped me finding a solution to relocate me in another hotel.
The safari was amazing. I saw on male tiger in the morning and a female with 3 little ones at areas 4 and 6.
Really recommend this experience.
