Our contact, Susana, was excellent. The detail as to where are driver would be and what time was superb. Even down to sending us a photo of the vehicle so we knew exactly who to expect.
The driver was punctual, but not sociable.

Booked an Airport return shuttle 26 & 29th April for my wife and I.
Excellent communication from Zsuszannah from the moment of booking.
On landing in Budapest I received a welcome message and a photo of where to stand outside arrivals. Even a photo of our transport and its registration, we were picked up literally in minutes, 5 at the most.
The vehicle was spotless and the driver was great, taking us right up to our hotel door.
Again for the return to the Airport we had great communication and on time door to door service.
Getting a good honest transfer can be hit and miss, but this company are brilliant.
If I return to Budapest this is the company I would use again. Great communication, great service, highly recommended.

We travel to Budapest from the USA frequently and always use this shuttle service. They are punctual, reliable, and have great communication via What's App. It is easy to communicate with them in English or Hungarian.
Note that the Budapest airport is a long (about 45 minutes) and expensive drive to downtown. I have had problems with taxi drivers taking advantage in the past, and the Hungarian language can be difficult to navigate for public transportation. For these reasons, I really value this shuttle service. Payment is easy with Euros or online.
Zsuszannah (pronounced "Susannah" in English) and her drivers are honest and professional. I even trust them to transport my college-age son without me there.
Highly recommend.
