Graziella’s cooking class is a fantastic experience for anyone who wants a personal and engaging meal as though she were your own aunt teaching you how to make home-cooked Italian food! We were a family of 3, and she immediately welcomed us with wine, history about her home town, the meals we were to prepare, and the process it takes to do so. Graziella took our son Dominic under her wing and let him take the lead in making all the pasta fresh (fettuccine). We also got to make and build eggplant parmesano from scratch, it was so delicious and my husband and son didn’t even know that they liked eggplant! We all got to make and fill Sicilian cannolis from scratch (simply devine!) and had them for dessert. I highly recommend taking her class for an amazing personal foodie experience you won’t ever forget.

We travelled all of Italy this vacation and this cooking class was my favorite part. The food was so good and tasty. The environment was fabulous and we are definitely booking another cooking class when we come back!!!

Graziella was so kind & patient during our class with her! We were amazed at her view too. She taught us how to make delicious Sicilian almond cookies, eggplant parmesan, and pasta alla trapaneze. As we cooked we enjoyed some cheese and wine which was great! It was so nice getting to know her & learn from her. If you want an authentic cooking class experience, look no further!

Graziella provided a wonderfully authentic experience, learning to cook Sicilian specialties. My cousin and our adult children had an absolutely delightful time, cooking and eating and enjoying the view. Plenty of leftovers too!

My wife and I booked a private cooking class with Graziella through Turi trips and it turned out to be the absolute cherry on top of our honeymoon. An amazing experience we will never forget, not just for the cooking but now we have a beautiful new friend in Graziella. The experience was second to none, authentic sillicilian food we got to build from the ground up (not to mention it was delicious). Cannot recommend highly enough. It was the highlight of our trip and a great way for us to finish before we fly home. We love you Graziella! Grazie Millie Xx

Graziella meted us with a cool glass of wine. Since we asked for specialty dishes from the area we started by making gelo mellone. She then explained all about making the egg pasta, and all the different varieties once it’s rolled out. We ate the pasta with an eggplant tomato sauce. The eggplant starter, a real streetfood dish was exquisite.
We loved getting all the inside information on Italian dishes and how to make them.

Book this class now! We had an fantastic time with Graziella. Graziella is very sweet, even if you have very little cooking knowledge, she will make you feel like an expert. She is a great host, she will have you laughing, and plays amazing music. This was really our favorite experience in Sicily. The food is amazing and we are so excited to make it again. Loved our cooking class with Graziella. Was so nice to be welcomed in an Italian home. I had made pasta before, but mainly tagliatelle. We made two meals one with gnocchi & one with ricotta ravioli. Having never made either this was so much fun. And then Graziella showed us how to make a bunch of other types of pasta, different shaped ravioli, swirly pasta & a cute pasta using the rigagnocchi (the wooden gnocchi board)

10/10 stars for Grazianna!!! My husband, parents, and our 1 year old daughter had a beyond amazing experience with Grazianna. We learned so so much about traditional Sicilian cuisine and how to make pasta properly. It was the highlight of our trip. She was also beyond accommodating for my 1 year old daughter which allowed me to really focus on cooking. I 110% recommend. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!! You won’t regret it!
