Drivers for both arrival and departure were very accommodating and prompt. I used Aviator on my prior trip to Cabo San Lucas and was very satisfied. The staff are very responsive and customer oriented. I’ll use Aviator on all my future trips.

Lucy was amazing! We had 0 issues locating the driving team and were escorted over to the vehicle. It was clean and they offered waters and beer. We got to our location quick and safely.

The driver never showed up we had to take another shuttle van to our hotel. Emailed for a refund was told sorry no refunds even when no one showed?

Driver for pickup from airport was late and do not offer water or drinks. Not the smoothest driver.

The shuttle service was convenient and reliable. Prior to arrival, they texted and made sure I was informed on where to meet. Upon arrival, the team waited for us at the meeting point.
We booked a round trip ticket from the Airport to Playa del Carmen and back. The drive was smooth. Definitely recommend it and will use the service again in the future!
