My driver was prompt, courteous and drove very carefully/calmly. The SUV was luxurious and comfortable. I arrived at airport with plenty of time. The price is higher than you’d pay for a taxi service in Playa, but way less than the cost of my cab from the airport late at night. I’d highly recommend booking something on arrival. You don’t want to be stuck paying the ridiculous rates the taxi syndicate charges late at arrival, especially at an hour when there are few other options. Booking this service is a great option if you want a spacious, luxe ride.

Great experience having Ezequiel pick up at the airport and transfer to Playa del Carmen! He was great! Even had cold drinks ready for us in the van. Would highly recommend!!

Was a little confirming to book but once I contacted them it was all sorted. Everything from this was very seamless and easy! Our driver Ezequiel Montaro was waiting for us with cold beer in the fridge and was super knowledgeable about our area and gave us some very good tips. Would not hesitate to book again.

So the most important part of any transfer service is getting picked up on-time and arriving in a safe manner which was fulfilled with this service. However, when our driver saw there was four of us he looked very confused and showed me that he was told that there would only be two people. After suggesting leaving two of us behind he said that if we tip well having the additional two people would not be a problem. I then showed him my viator booking was confrimed for 4 people and the office must have given him the wrong information. I know he understood because ihe left the office a voice Whatsapp message in Spanish explaining the situation.
The ride to the airport was lovely and the vehicle was very nice. At the airport we tipped him about 10 percent of the cost of the booking to which he responded, "That's it?" And was visibly pissed off.
Tips are not mandatory and secondly we booked for 4 people!! He didn't do us any extra favors by allowing the rest of our party in the car.

Tony was an amazing driver and guide. I felt very comfortable with him whether I was asking questions about local knowledge or general questions about Mexico. I felt safe while driving to and from the airport.

Our driver arrived early and was friendly, polite and helpful. His vehicle was immaculate and he offered us refreshments and the opportunity to adjust windows, temperature, music and skylight settings if we wished. Our drive to the airport was quick…he is an excellent driver. He helped us unload our luggage and bid us a cheerful goodbye. He exceeded all our expectations. Thanks!
