We had an amazing day of diving cenote. Paco was an excellent guide and very safe. Our dive shop has sent several groups of people to THE CENOTE GUY and everyone comes back raving about a wonderful experience, If you are thinking of diving Cenotes check them out you will not be dissatisfied in their service. I have done about a dozen different cenotes and this is a TOP NOTCH organization. Very easy to book and communication was excellent.

Great dive shop, incredible guides and a unique experience that I would recommend to anyone wanting to dive near Playa del Carmen. Had halocline in Kukulkan/ Little Brother which was very cool

Great experience, felt very comfortable and safe. My instructor was great and diving in the cenote was the highlight of my trip. It rained a lot during the night before and the morning of the trip so the top layer of water was a bit murky but underneath it was still amazingly clear and didn't impact the experience for me. Would definitely dive again with this company.

Great experience from start to finish. Booking was a few easy messages with all questions answered promptly. Payment and instructions were clear.
The morning of the trip we were introduced to our guide Paco. He was fantastic! A guide can make or break a trip and Paco made it the best yet!
The dive itself was a once in a lifetime. Paco made sure all divers were briefed and had excellent communication. As for the dive I won’t spoil it, but you won’t be disappointed.
Do be prepared for after the dives, the cenote we toured did not allow personal cameras. They did have a photographer on site. The pictures were fantastic and cost around $75 per couple.
Overall I can’t recommend them enough.

We actually did 8 dives in 4 days with the cenote guy. Everything is in well set up with timely response. We dived with Paco and Seb and they both are superb! Highly recommended to dive with them ! Will definitely come back again, the cenote experience is really something you need to experience in your life.

It's much more than I could have expected and imagined.
Deni has been super friendly and helpful from the moment I contacted . Gave me all very friendly and instant reply.
Mel is an amazing instructor. Extremely passionate and professional. Explained us not only about Cenote but also Maya culture. Helped us go through checking the gear and everything we should be careful about. I even felt I got a nice diving lesson again. If I want to get any certification one day, Mel would definitely be the instructor I want to go with!!
Cenote itself, speechless beautiful. Can't express in words but only the embrace the mother nature.
The longest review I have ever written.
This is how much I value the cenote guy.

We had an amazing 2 tank dive with Mel.
She was so passionate and experienced not only about cavern/cave diving but also the history, geology and biology of the area. We felt safe and would absolutely dive again with the cenote guy.
We were treated to a complementary beverage and burrito by the owner of the cenote after the dive.
I would encourage all divers to try this experience (try to dive with Mel, she rocks!!).

What a great experience! Not for the faint of heart or inexperienced divers. If you are a certified diver, this is something that you must do and do it with The Cenote Guy. Our guide, Pepe, took care of everything, including lunch.
