You will not find it on the menus of Dubrovnik. At least not the real, homemade one. Because real “peka” requires the right infrastructure, it requires knowledge and it takes time. To choose a gastronomic tour of Konavle is an excellent decision.
Cavtat and Konavle are beautiful.
The whole trip is rounded off at the end with an extraordinary dinner at the Monkovic restaurant.
All food is homemade, pleasantly served to the eye and delicious, the staff are helpful and friendly.
We ate goulash on the traditional hunters way, I highly recommend it.
