Easy and convent way to get from airport to hotel. The driver met me on time at the location I had been given in WhatsApp communication. He drove safely. The ride was quiet as the driver did not speak any English.

Was not at airport when we arrived. Had to call, and waited for 45 minutes after we were waiting outside for his arrival.

Transfers were easy to organise, great communication with details of driver, number plate and times. It was easy to find driver after landing in Hanoi as sent a photo showing where to meet. Also had them organise a bus to Mai Chau which was also good. They communicate through WhatsApp. Would use again if back in Hanoi.
