Great fun experiance with a friend for her birthday.
The guy was great and helped us through the experience as our Brains couldn’t think outside the box sometimes.
Having a timer on the activity helped us focus and get on with the task at hand.
Shame it’s on an industrial estate so no bars to celebrate afterwards.

Amazing experience, went with the family and all had a great time!
Staff were great and would recommend for a fun day.
Will definitely try some of the other experiences at Bunker 51.

A very good day out with my family nearly got out but the last couple of steps are hard but if it was easy wouldn't be fun a good time together with you having to use your brain too

The experience was amazing from start to finish!
All team members were friendly and our host was great!
Considering it was only two of us on the experience we did well. Didn’t get out though :( but were very close!!
Can’t wait to try out another escape room with bunker 51

The prison can escape room was really good fun! Definitely recommend this experience to do with friends/ family. I will definitely be coming back here again to try the different escape rooms!

We did the prison van escape room as a 2 - we had booked on to a public session, but nobody else had signed up, so we got it to ourselves. The venue was very busy as it is part of a place that also does paintball and laser tag, but once we went aside to start the escape experience itself, the immersion was excellent, with orange prison jumpsuits, a guard completely "in character" and it's a real prison van!
It was tough as a 2 and we didn't get out, but it would have been extremely crowded at full capacity of 8 - maybe the ideal number would have been 4-5. The start of the escape, which has everyone in locked separate cells, was excellent and not like any other escape room I've done before. We were let down by some faults in the room though - a key didn't work in a lock as intended (although we tried very hard), not enough black powder was provided (so although it would have been just about possible to do it if you know what you were supposed to do, there wasn't enough to experiment and figure it out) and there was a UV torch that was on its absolute last legs and made it difficult to do those clues. This kind of stuff is easier to deal with in an escape room if there's an attentive person watching and giving help at the right time, but there didn't seem to be, and sometimes we received hints for things we'd already done! Staff were also dismissive when we mentioned that those things didn't work. We were also frustrated by spending time getting into a lock that wasn't part of the game (as it wasn't marked) and by a safe that had a 5 minute lockout on incorrect code - which is not a fun thing to have in an escape room unless you are going to make it clear so it's a game feature.
So overall it was an imaginative and generally fun escape room, sadly let down by a few broken bits and inattentive staff, maybe due to complacency as it's been there a few years now. We left feeling like we could have escaped if it hadn't been for those things and would have felt a bit robbed if we'd paid full price.
I will add as well it is not an escape room for you if you're a purist that doesn't want to rely on hints - as there were a few bits of vital information delivered as hints. Also not if you're claustrophobic!

This was so fun!! The puzzles were at the right level! Challenging but not too difficult ! We had a lot of 🤩 and Sam was such a great host, thank you for making it memorable for us!!

10/10 experience, staff were really good and friendly. Very immersive experience so would definitely recommend. Probably not one for those who get claustrophobic though due to tight spaces.

Fantastic escape room. Very very enjoyable, the staff were brilliant. The idea that you get locked in a genuine police van, in full handcuffs is brilliant. The game itself is a little tricky so you need to have your brain ready for some challenges. I would highly recommend
