This was a very nice experience to do with kids. There were lots of things to do. You had several aquariums with different fish, there was a jungle, an 3D movie, an outdoor playground and an indoor playground. The kids really loved it too!
Unfortunately, there were several aquariums that were being renewed. We especially were looking forward to the jellyfish but there weren't any. There were several things that were at an extra charge, which of course is horrible with kids because you end up saying no all day. But all in all, we enjoyed it!

La visita al parque fue bien, pero nos hicimos 3 fotos y a la salida, cuando fuimos a verlas, la mujer con coleta y pelo rapado por detrás, que era bastante seria se negó hacernos algún precio especial si nos las llevábamos todas. Aún siendo residentes y clientes fijos cada año, se mostró muy seca y tajante y nos negó poder hacer un precio inferior a 10€ por foto aunque nos las llevásemos todas. Para nuestra sorpresa, otros compañeros le decían a un cliente que si se llevaban 2, la segunda se la dejaban por 5€. Me parece un comportamiento muy poco empático por el personal, ya que tenemos 3 hijos pero hemos optado llevarnos solo recuerdo de 1 porque me parece una barbaridad el dineral que piden cuando ellos ahora las tirarán todas a la basura... y encima tienes que tener suerte y según quién te toque del personal podrás tener un precio u otro...

Un très bel aquarium ! Nous sommes arrivés à l'ouverture pour éviter la foule.
Les billets ont été pris sur internet et l'entrée à été rapide.
On y reste facilement 2 à 3 heures pour admirer tous les beaux spécimens présents.
On vous oblige à faire une photo dès que vous pénètrez dans le bâtiment mais contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, on ne vous agresse pas pour l'acheter.
Idem pour la photo avec les perroquets, vous refusez poliment et c'est réglé.
Nous avons adoré !

We live on the island and its second time I come with my grandson. It’s a great day out. It’s very organized and beautiful.
The only thing I can have a little moan about is the snacks at the cafeteria, honestly it’s ALL sugary stuff, cakes, ice cream, muffins donuts etc…
It would be fantastic if one could have the choice of some healthy snacks just simple things like fruit or natural juices /smoothies. It’s just a thought.
I will be back! And if no change take my own snacks simple ☺️

Admission is not cheap but it is reasonable, after all the facilities need to be maintained.
The facility itself is beautifully designed and the children were very fascinated by the fish.

Four points of criticism, however:

- it was very crowded, we had to wait longer to get in with pre-booked tickets than guests at the box office. There were also so many people that the children sometimes couldn't see the fish.

- at the entrance, each group/family is photographed and you are not even asked if you want this. At the exit, all the photos are printed out and you can buy them. Photos that are not bought are obviously thrown away. This makes neither economic nor ecological sense. Why are the photos not shown digitally on a screen and only printed out when needed?

- we were turned away from the shark tank with the stroller because it took up too much
space (the statement "please go along there" and the path shown led to the exit from the aquarium)

- the food is overpriced and absolutely inedible. The spaghetti was overcooked and the chicken nuggets were dry as if they were from the day before. Paid over €40 for very poor quality food.

It was a nice trip, but I won't be coming again.

Really fun experience. There were loads of different fish to look at it, and it wasn’t so busy that we couldn’t get a good look at them all. The tanks for the fish were also a nice size, so they didn’t all look crammed in line sardines.

An excellent experience, very well laid out. The 3D cinema was worth the extra payment. There were long queues but it was Well worth purchasing tickets online beforehand we went very quickly.

Nice, but if I had to put a price on it for what it is really worth, I would say €25. 3D cinema is very beautiful, but a bit short, so more could be done with it because it is really worth it.

Pretty aquarium which is easy to visit with the family. Very well maintained, the aquariums are highlighted. No explanation in French. An outdoor play area is very popular (pirate ship, shark to ride). 3D film about whales for older children.

Booked the aquarium the night before via the website, ticket including transport. I really can't fault it we had a fantastic day out. Took our 2 year old son, so we only had to pay for ourselves. Transport well organised, got picked up and dropped off on Calvia beach in Palma Nova. The aquarium was amazing, lots of different areas in the larger tanks there were big cushions on the floor for the kids to sit on. There were great photo opportunities, my husband and I took it in turns to go and see the 3d humpback whale experience, that's not to be missed. There were some great interactive parts for the kids such as colouring in the fish and scanning it onto the big screen. Taking a selfie and your image goes on the screen of you in a diving suit. There are different play areas for the children too. Definitely worth it. The only negative I would say is the food in the restaurant wasn't very nice, but that didn't ruin the day.
