On the website it was not clear that 17 euros is only a part of the price. After we paid, we received a ticked and on it it was written that we need to pay 27 more euros per adult and 18 euros per child. The guide told us that it's more convenient to go and buy tickets from the Vatican museum directly, 8 euros per child and 17 euros per adult. So we lost all the money that we initially paid, because viator didn't want to refund us.

AVOID THE SCAM. I knew the tickets were around €17 euro. Saw the Viator ad, checked availability, booked, got the email with the Pdf download saying it wasn't the ticket and wasn't refundable. You still had to pay for the ticket to get in.
Cut my losses and found the official page for the Vatican museum and spent €22 each with no ques, straight in.
WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH TRADING STANDARDS WITH THEIR UK OFFICE FOR MISSELLING.

Absolutely shocking, don’t waste your money people. The guide didn’t show up, was walking round for an hour ringing them constantly to find them but they weren’t there. The advertisement itself is misleading. I thought these were the tickets but they aren’t.

We didn't get in the Vatican because we couldn't find the guide at 10:30 that we were at the meeting point. Then we left to park our car and we came back at 11:00. Then the guide told us that we had lost our tickets. What tickets? You didn't buy our tickets. We complained about, without any result. So we left extremely dissatisfied from your services. You are terrible!

The price in this website wasn’t right! In this websites said the kids didn’t pay. Ones we got to the place to pick up our tickets, we were told we have to pay for the kids 56€ more, we didn’t expect that. So the information here is not accurate. I don’t recommend this website to buy your tickets.
