Abbi was our driver and was amazing. He arrived on time and communicated via text with WhatsApp and called us when he arrived. He knew the area well, drove safely and knew the Mexican driving culture. We were at ease our whole trip from Cancun airport to playa del Carmen.
We will request Abbi for our next reservation.

My wife and I were very impressed and enjoyed this ride. Our driver Abbi was there within 5 minutes of us walking out the door. There were a lot of drivers and services trying to get out attention but this was easy to get through and get to our Resort in Playa Del Carmen. Abbi even stopped by a market so we could get a drink.

Our flight was delayed for 7 hours, however they were very understanding and kept in communication with me throughout the day. Adrian, our driver messaged me as soon as I landed so I wouldn’t be worried about not having my ride waiting.

We got out the airport and walked to the margaritavill and so many people approached us. Our flight was early and the new immigration system was fast. I called the number and 2 mins someone had a sign with our names. It was a smooth drive we went to playa del Carmen from Cancun. We’ll definitely book on our way back.

We had Hugo as our driver for pickup from the airport to our hotel and he provided great service we would definitely use him again! He was there early and gave us opportunities to make stops along the way if we wanted to he was there to serve us and it was a great experience!

You canceled my transfer as I was getting on my plane and I had to scramble at midnight to find another way to get to my hotel. There are at least 20 companies here doing exactly what you do and it’s extremely disappointing that you couldn’t find another one of the 100 cars and bans that drove by me to help me. Very disappointed.

Adrian our driver to PdC was happy, polite and helpful. He had a sign with my name on it and that was such a great help. There are so many tourists in the crowd trying to find or get shuttles to their destinations. Arturo was so helpful over the phone when I called to let him know that our plane was waiting to get to hangar and lines for passports and baggage was a wait. Altogether would recommend Adrian and Cancun shuttle experience to any family or friends going to playa del Carmen. Maria Strom

The driver did not show up at the airport. The transportation company canceled and left 4 girls stranded at the airport. The reason for the transportation was to have secure transport to the resort. We did get a refund but they should have done more.

At Cancun airport, our luggage was not available for 90 minutes after our arrival. We tried contacting the tour operator by phone for transport to our resort, but received busy signals. The tour operator left the airport leaving us stranded. I have contacted trip advisor customer service asking for a refund.
