Abbi was a wonderful driver. Not only was it the safest driver we have had in all of our various transportations (with other companies) around to different excursions, he was the nicest. He was friendly. He spoke English and communicated with us the whole ride and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend requesting him if possible.

They never showed up and Viator never refunded me. This is a scam, do not book!! I called Viator several times and stayed at the airport for almost an hour waiting for them. I ended up paying for another private transfer to Tulum.

We got in late due to flight issues, but our driver was right there and easy to find.Our name was on his sign making it even easier. We chose private transportation.

When I left the airport, I was already met by a driver with a sign with my name written on it! The driver was very smiling and positive, helped with luggage. very good experience and I will definitely book the trip again!

They did not show up for the pick up, we had confirmed with the vendor the night before on a pick up time. We waited 45 mins after the schedule pick up time. And still no one was there. This was a horrible experience, especially trying not to miss our flight back home.
