The day starts with a convenient and easy pickup at your hotel or meeting point of your choice, aboard an air-conditioned and comfortable vehicle, you will be shuttled to Tulum.

This archeological site is a local landmark, since it served as a main port in the ancient Mayan civilization. Enjoy beautiful scenery along the way on this nature-filled ride.

You will priority access the archaeological site and enjoy a professionally-guided tour of the temples to see and learn about the main attractions such as the astronomical observatory of the Mayan city of Tulum and cultural buildings throughout the limits of the walls.

As you leave Tulum and its turquoise background waters, you will start on your way to the next leg of the journey, a scenic cenote that as expected, has cultural and traditional significance to the Mayan culture.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding you before a smooth-ride back.

This was not a great experience.
We had to switch buses and unfortunately I got left behind because I couldn’t find the bus that dropped me off.

Loved seing the Tulum ruins and the cenote was nice. Wish we would have had more free time at Tulum. It seemed really rushed. Save your lunch for the cenote. They had some great tasting tacos and burger, decently priced. The guide Jerry Garcia was nice but not very clear in some instances

It sounds like you had a frustrating experience. Here’s a revised version of your complaint that you might consider using:

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent tour experience due to several issues that significantly affected our enjoyment and comfort. Firstly, the instructions provided were unclear and not communicated effectively to all participants, especially during transitions when we were outside the bus. As a result, important information was missed by many, creating confusion.

Additionally, the schedule was not adhered to, leading to excessive waiting times. We were scheduled to depart at 1 PM but did not leave until over 30 minutes later, which was quite inconvenient. The tour guide's approach could also have been more friendly and accommodating.

Moreover, the presence of mosquitoes at one of the stops caught us by surprise, which could have been mitigated if we had been forewarned to take necessary precautions.

These issues collectively marred our experience, and I hope that future tours will see improvements in these areas to enhance the experience for all participants.

Decent day, nice bus, nice driver and tour guide BUT, the time ratio at the two sites should have been switched. MORE time at Tulum and LESS time at cenote. There was no need for two full hours at cenote when we were rushed through Tulum, the primary reason I took the tour. I’ve been looking forward to seeing Tulum my whole life and to be rushed through like that really was a bummer. The Cenote wasn’t really even that good of one (the one on the chitzen Itza tour is much better), so to have to spend that much time there when I could have spent more time at Tulum was a shame.

We were stuck with tropical storm Alberto, but Jaqueline did the best she could to still accommodate the tour. It was 13 of us and everyone was so friendly and supportive. The tour was interesting, safe, informative, beautiful, and soggy. I would definitely use this company again.

The itinerary was good; however the execution and organization was terrible.
The tour was meant to be 8 hours, with a start time of 7am.
We did not start until 8.30 am, the tour leader told us that four others hadn’t shown up. Reality was that the four were not on list to be picked up from Cancún. They were waiting in Tulum.
The tour leader was not not clear with his instructions, so group members wandered off frequently throughout the day unclear about meeting times. We waited around unnecessarily in extreme heat. The tour ended up taking 12 hours instead of 8.
The tour leader’s knowledge of history was also limited.
The driver was very good though, and the denote and ruins were beautiful.
We did many tours in Mexico with Viator and have booked similar tours in the past..Have never experienced something like this before. This was the worst ever tour!
A word of advice. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.

I was hoping this guided tour was worth the cost but it was NOT. When we got there, the tour that originally cost us $150 USD online (for 4) now cost us another $100 USD (in taxes and fees before we even got started). It was very difficult to understand the guide's English, so I struggled to hear what he had to say. What I did pick up on seemed like a very shallow guided experience. It was NOT worth the money. And it's BLAZING HOT. However, the private cenote we visited afterward helped revive the experience and not make it a complete waste. The guide was not timely and we started late and ended late, which was frustrating to many.

Pros: Tour guide was very knowledgeable, picked up on time, comfortable air conditioning bus, burgers and fries at Cenote were good but that’s all there is.
Cons: we spent about 7.5 hours on the bus in stop and go traffic, the cenote and area around it is a bit run down, and time spent at Tulum was about an hour. While trip took about 11.5 hours not 8 like promised

nice cave swim and visit to the tulum site with sea views. the trip was long with the pickups and double backs which made it at least 3 hrs longer than it needed to be.
