Together with the "Family Siciliano" you will learn the art of Sicilian Pizza and Cannolo.
Together with Mimmo you will learn the technique of preparing, decorating and cooking traditional Sicilian pizzas.
Seek the pleasure of learning how the typical bruschetta is prepared, with typical local products: Pachino cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano and oil.
With the father Siciliano, a great local pastry chef, you will learn the art of creating Cannolo, the typical Sicilian dessert. You will learn how the cream is prepared to fill the Cannoli shell, starting from the traditional ricotta dessert up to the custard. A very important rule is that the cannoli must be filled at the moment, to best enjoy the freshness, sweetness and fragrance. Finally you can sit in front of the sea of Taormina and Naxos to enjoy your Pizza and Cannoli creations prepared with your own hands!

What a fun event! The location of the restaurant was right along the water. Beautiful. Chef Mimmo was wonderful and the pizza and cannoli delicious!

Loved creating our very own pizza & canoli from scratch (with all the trimmings) while sharing stories with lovely people in our small group! Drinking wine & eating our freshly made dinner overlooking Naxos Bay was a total score!

We had a great time with Chef Mimo and his crew. We were transported from the Taormina city center down to his restaurant by the water with a beautiful view! Mimo and his crew were prepared for our arrival and all went smoothly. Mimo was very knowledgeable about the dishes and shared details of their history over the years. We each made a pizza and several cannolis from scratch. After both were complete, we all sat together to enjoy our creations with complimentary bruschetta & wine.

Amazing and the best cooking class experience! Mimmo and his family were so kind, welcoming, and funny. We learned and cooked traditional family recipes. The best cooking class, I recommend to all!

It took almost an hour to get from the pickup location to the restaurant. There should be options for just meeting at the restaurant if we preferred. The chef Mimmo was nice, but he was running two classes at the same time. 6 in our pizza class and about 18 in another pasta class. We were disappointed with the slowness of the experience, the transportation and the lack of attention during our class. We learned how to make pizza dough and canoli shells. We did not realize that a 6pm start would result in a 9:15pm dinner to eat the pizza. We didn't even eat it and took it for take out, but never got a chance to eat it.

This was the best experience! We had a great time and learned so much. Domenico and his family were so welcoming and friendly. Making pizza and cannoli was so much fun. We laughed, ate pizza and cannoli and drank wine. What could be better. I would 100% recommend this class. Loved everything about it.

This experience was incredible from the moment it started! We were picked up in Taromina and brought to the restaurant where the cooking class was held. Massimo was excellent and truly has a passion for what he does. We loved learning about different recipes and processes to make pizza and cannolis. The views from the restaurant of the sea were absolutely gorgeous. We loved the hands on learning and loved enjoying what we had made afterwards. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting an authentic cooking class on pizza and cannolis. Note: we did not make the filling but made the shell and then filled the cannolis and decorated them. This class went above and beyond our expectations!
