Driver was on time. He confirmed pick up time and location. It was a very smooth
and seamless ride from hotel to airport, with no issues. I could relax, even nap in the car, with no worries. I highly recommend this driver and this transfer service.

A suggestion were waiting for pick up where the busses picked up passengers
would have been much appreciated if we would have been told that pick up point was at exit of terminal where taxis pick up

I had booked the transfer from the Istanbul Airport. The communication before and during the transfer was prompt and clear. We were picked up from the transportation floor. The driver was professional and the vehicle was clean.
The whole process was seamless. We would definitely use their services in future.

The driver never showed up and when I called him he didn’t know how to speak English then I asked someone from the airport to talk to him and he said he doesn’t have airport transfer
I had to take taxi from the airport at the end after waiting for so long in the airport
