• Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
• If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
• We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 2nd June.
• There are currently restrictions on the road leading to the 5th station. In consideration of the safety of our customers and employees, we will visit at an alternate location, Oshino Hakkai instead of Mt fuji 5th station.
• Not recommended for those suffering from asthma

Great tour! Aiko and Yasushi were great tour guides… very informative, fun, timely, and pleasant. The stop at the 5th station was amazing. We were lucky to have a beautiful, clear day to see Fuji.

The tour guide, Angie, was super friendly and the tour itself was very fun and interesting! Angie pointed out a bunch of good places to take pictures and told us about a bunch of interesting facts and mythology.

The tour was great. The view from Mt. Fuji was spectacular, and the tour cruise on the lake offered amazing views. Angie was great engaging with us and explaining some of the points of interest along the way.

Our tour guide, Angie, was very knowledgeable and gave us lots fun facts throughout the tour. We saw so many cool sites and it was such a fun way to see Mt. Fuji and Ashe Lake. The lunch provided was delicious with lots of good options for everyone to enjoy. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing Mt. Fuji and other gorgeous sites nearby.
