We like treat the people as we would like to be treated when traveling. For that reason we'll avoid all the tourist traps and our only concern will be enjoy the history, culture and a lot of authentic food.

We had an amazing day being shown around the temple. Our tour guide Gabriel gave us a very thorough explanation of the history of what we were seeing. We also had some amazing lunch and an alcohol tasting included in the price, after the tour at their abuelitas house which was a beautiful end to our day! I highly recommend this tour!!!

I got up very early in the morning to be at the meeting place@7:30. No one showed up so I messaged and continued to wait. At 7:50 I was messaged that the trip had been canceled three days prior and that I would receive a full refund. No apology. I had received no word of this because I believe the provider failed to notify Viator. Indeed, AFTER my morning an amount was posted to my VISA, which I assume will turn out to be the refund. NOTE: the provider had canceled my booking a week earlier (due to “overbooking”), so, since I would still be in CDMX I rebooked. Because of this provider I was unable to visit this important site, because today (the day after) I’m leaving CDMX.

Gabriel and Hugo are definitely knowledgeable about the history of Teotihuacan. They give an archaeological and historical tour of Teotihuacan, but also allow time for you to explore a bit and take pictures as you please. The best part for me was the unique architecture of the stairs such that when you clap in front of them, you hear the sound of the quetzal bird. Actually, the best part ever was eating authentic Mexican food cooked by the family and the tasting of pulque made by them, the only health drink you need.

Great tour with knowledge guide. This was more than a tour, it was an experience! The pyramids portion was wonderful, but the visit to his grandmother's house was fantastic ... the mole was phenomenal (i am a picky eater) and the pulque was authentic (just like my grandpa use to drink it)! I will definitely be a returning customer!
