Flight was late and he was there ready to rush us to cruise port. Traffic was terrible, but driver ran our luggage to checkin to make sure we made it in time! Appreciate the tremendous effort to help us in a stressful situation!

The transportation company that Viator assigned by pickup too arrived way too early so I called Viator and they had someone come pick up my party of six at the correct time and everything was fine.

Our driver texted me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he would meet me and as soon as I walked off the ship, I texted him and let him know we were there and he walked right up to me with a sign with our last name on it. Coming off the cruise ship it was wonderful to not have to haggle and try to explain to somebody where we were going.
