I used the hop on hop off bus, and visited the stadium as well as a couple of museums. I did not have any trouble with using my card. I wasn’t able to use the Acropolis multi site visit due to the change in booking rules, and the time I wanted was unavailable, but overall a good experience.

The ticket was difficult to use and required getting in several lines to finally access museums. I could never get the pass for the hop on bus but they allowed us to board anyway. Not enough savings for the hassles.

This pass is offered through a variety of venders both online and in person in Athens. We chose Viator to ensure this was a smooth process, which in the end it was not. We got a voucher from Viator then needed to down load another app where we were suppose to have access to all our passes. What we got instead was QR code that most of the venues had no clue about. We arrived at the acropolis to “skip the line” to find hundreds of other people with the same thing. The pass worked there after having to argue with the gate people. The audio tour then told us we had to of booked it 12 hours in advance, which was no where in any of the information in their app… and that none where available for when we were there. So we paid out of pocket to make that work.
The second day of our pass was no better, access to any of the other sites listed in the Athens pass would not let us in… Zeus temple, Ancient Agora turned us away, so we had to buy a regular ticket just to get in. The hop on bus was no better, no idea what the QR code was but they let us on regardless. The irony is we could have just bought a pass at the gate of any of these attractions for 30 euros and saved ourselves the headache of trying to deal with their “customer service” which did nothing to help in anyway.
Will definitely reconsider any future bookings with Viator as this was a great way to ruin our holiday.

I don't recommend this pass. It doesn't include entrance to the Acropolis or most of the other attractions we wanted to visit. It did include the Acropolis Museum but we could not just show our pass and get in. We had to get in another line and they had to print up a separate ticket. We paid $187 U.S. for 2 tickets and ended up spending $60 more to get into the Acropolis and a few other attractions. Don't include a picture of the Parthenon on your ad if it's not included. It wasn't clear. Very disappointing!

This whole package is based on how well your phone works with and without internet access. My phone is new Iphone 13, but my internet and phone service is limited, so I could not access the audio portions. Not much fun going to the museum and the acropolis and not hearing anything!!
Also the yellow bus doesn't arrive as frequently as the red bus. While we were on it, it was good. They had a plug in audio system, so I could hear about the surrounding sites.

It was difficult to get hold of the pass. We had to walk across town to find the pick up point for the pass. Then it was complicated to use. Some things on a paper "Skip the Line". Some things on a QR on the phone to be used at least an hour apart. Extremely confusing. Most of the office staff didn't know how the passes worked or how to set them up. My friend could not the load the audio for the Acropolis and mine was very poor quality of information, not really a GUIDE at all. No Audio was available for the Acropolis Museum at all

Helpfull and Easy product with free admition to Acropolis , Acropolis Museum , Modern Olympic games stadium Cycladic Museum . We didnt have more time to explore other Mueums .
we used the Hop on Hop off buses for all the visit and stops.
even Athens is not a big City and this period was not so busy you have to use this pass so to avoid running arount and thinking of where to go.
you deffinetely save money

Best decision I made. These 3 days museums kept me busy. The hop on hop off bus is the convenient way to get around. Make sure that you go and visit the beach. I was not even able to visit all the museums but it is worth it! Highly recommended… with this buy, you wouldn’t need any other tour!
Make sure to visit the Acropolis… My favorite spot is the Monastiraki (Market Place) go to the flea market… T-shirt is 5 euro don’t get fooled by the others who will charge u 10. One store there only charge 5 for r shirts and 20/30 for sweat shirts….
Gyros 2.80 … meat on the stick 1.80
Go to all 3 Acropolis museums…

I've seen pictures of these places but there is nothing like seeing them with your own eyes!. Loved seeing the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, the Greek Agora, etc. Look forward to going back and exploring more.
