Key West is famous for it's sunsets and it doesn't get any better then on a private sunset cruise aboard our custom tiki bar boats. You and up to 5 guests will toast the sunset with your favorite libation(BYOB). Tours depart an hour and fifteen minutes prior to sunset so we can get to the perfect place to watch the sunset. Ms. Dailey was so knowledgeable about the island, ocean, and dolphins. When we just wanted to chill she let us have time to ourselves also. I loved it so much I went back alone 2 days later!

My wife tried to cancel this trip but was told she could not. We showed up at the dock at 6:15 for a 6:30 departure with our grey goose and coconut rum, mixers and snacks and no one was there we waited until almost 7pm No one showed up. We went to Mallory square to watch the Sunset and the other boats we could have taken What a disappointment. This sucked . It was embarrassing for our two guests who were greatly looking forward to the experience. Very unprofessional. Stay the hell away from this experience or more appropriately, a nightmare.

It was just me and husband.. We had a private tour( just happened that way). Trisha was our very knowledgeable and friendly captain. She was full of fun facts about everything Key West. She was the best part of our trip!!

The tour started fine. We looked it up online and thank goodness we read that it is byob, because “bar” in the name was a little misleading, it should just say “tour”. We brought our own bottle, a cooler with ice and water was provided. On our way back, all of us, 4 passengers and the captain, were observing the sunset, The captain offered to take our photo so we accepted when two seconds later we struck a channel marker, which sent everyone flying off their seats and onto the deck. No one went overboard, thank goodness, but everyone was bruised and battered. The captain was apparently distracted and didn’t realize how close we were to the marker before offering to take a picture. It shook us all and the boating accident definitely ruined it for us. Called for a refund after explaining what occurred and we were refunded all of our money. Eric, the manager, not the captain, was very nice and did the right thing immediately. Our captain had apparently explained the incident quite differently as a minor bump of the marker. Nothing minor about this and would be shocked if there was no damage to the boat.

The entire trip was great! Madison was an amazing captain! This is how we ended our visit to Key West and it was a great way to spend our last night.
