DO NOT BOOK - Booked this trip with family and we were really looking forward to it. When we booked we received an email saying they would contact us 25/48 before departure with more info about pick up times. 24hrs before we had heard nothing so we phoned. They said “we will email you shortly with info” . We heard nothing. The next morning was the day of our trip. 2 hours before departure we getting a WhatsApp message saying “due to bad weather at sea we have had to cancel some trips”
What a waste of time and effort. Save yours and book somewhere else!

The trip we booked was sold to include hotel pickup and banana boat ride neither of which were actually delivered- rip off!

1. The booked service scope was NOT fulfilled with my booking, as the booked pick-up was cancelled by the tour operator at very short notice (< 24 h).After contacting the organiser as well as Viator (booking platform) with a request for a refund, there was no response or refund from either of them. Without pick-up, the tour would have cost at least 40 EUR less with this and other tour operators. This is a rip-off.
2. The selected bay for bathing was chosen in front of Morro Jable and not at a quieter place, although this would have been possible in terms of time. Regarding COVID-19 hygiene measures, there was a bit of a lax approach to cleaning surfaces, mandatory mask wearing on board, spacing rules and regular hand hygiene. There was hand disinfection on boarding the catamaran and that was it.
3. The tour was supposed to take 4:30 hours, but lasted just 4 hours. More than disappointing.
