Driver was on time. Fast trip to the airport. The only complaint I have is that the car dropped us outside the drop off area due to the five pound charge. Wasn’t a big deal for me but my friends luggage was too heavy for her to lug.

Booked a car to meet us at Kings Cross station to take us to an airport hotel at Heathrow. Communication was excellent, the driver texted me that day and asked me to call her when we arrived at the station. I did and she gave me clear directions where to meet her. The car was lovely and clean and big enough to accomodate our copious amount of luggage. The journey itself was great, London was super busy (as usual) but our driver (Dusharani) was lovely and chatty and the time passed quickly. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again when visiting London.
