Then, our Certified Sommelier - Guide will take on and offer an exquisite Wine Tasting and Food and Wine Pairing of Authentic Local Cuisine based on the season and location.
Whenever you feel ready we will drop you off at your hotel or accommodation or at the airport if requested.

It was an amazing experience! I definately recommend it to everyone! Our sommelier was amazing, so charming and funny, loved her. The views, food, wine, everything was just beyond our expectations.

My husband and I booked this tour through our hotel, and it may have been one of the most memorable experiences of our lives.
Kallia and Nefeli filled our day with stories of the culture, a scenic drive to the winery plus a tour of the Lyrarakis vineyard, a private traditional Cretan meal in the beautiful Lyrarakis wine cellar, and of course incredible local wines and olive oils. They were accommodating and fun... and we learned so much! I can't imagine there being a better wine excursion experience in Crete.
We are incredibly grateful to Kali and Nafelli for making our day so special. I very highly recommend Genuine Experiences.

As the title says we experienced beautiful wine, beautiful scenery and beautiful food. Kallia was the fantastic and shared the history and stories of Crete with us as we travelled to the winery. We had a tour before learning about the wines and how to experience them properly. We were then prepared a wonderful lunch with wines to match. This was certainly the highlight of our honeymoon. We loved the wines and the whole experience. Fraser and Amy, Scotland.

We have had a wonderful tour with two professional guides. They shared many interesting information about the region and the wine.
At the winery we could try different wines (adopted to our taste!) and got very tasty traditional food.
The atmosphere was great. We enjoyed it very much.

Couldn't imagine a better way to end my trip to Crete. Who knew that Crete has so many local wines that pair so well with the food. It was a true culinary experience and Rami is the perfect person to guide you. Very knowledgable, professional and entertaining. Organizing a corporate retreat next year in Crete and Rami will definitely be the one to guide us through the vineyards of the island.

This was one of the highlights of our trip! Rami picked us up from our hotel on a luxury SUV and the tour started immediately, as he is the leading sommelier as well. We arrived at the picturesque Lyrarakis winery where we took a tour of the vineyards and the cellar and then sat under a huge olive tree and enjoyed a food and wine pairing. It was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Rami's tours to anyone who wants to get an authentic taste of Crete with style.
