Great flight from East Midlands Airport on 11th June 2024. The Cabin Crew were superb - efficient, friendly and very helpful. They all greeted us with wonderful smiles and we were well looked after.

Disgusting swearing driver refused to take us to property we had booked and had a photo of. Dumped us and our luggage in Torremuelle and drove off in a foul temper.He was paid for trip. Both my husband and I walk with sticks and had to walk down from top of Torremuelle dragging our luggage to find another taxi which took us straight to our villa. Shocking disgraceful treatment of two disabled people. Driver wants sacked. Do not go anywhere near this company. If I could give a zero I would

Booked zip transfers to pick us up at Malaga airport, travelling to hotel in fuengirola on may 9th, also return journey at 3am on may 16th. On both occasions, drivers were very courteous, helpful and on time. Will definately use this company again.

Our flight into Malaga was delayed.
worried that driver was gone,
no problems driver had a sign with my name on it,
He spoke Spanish and we spoke English but got to our accommodation without delay.

The most memorable is waiting for the driver , that I’m clueless who is going to come . The only email that I get is my voucher and acceptance of my payment. I send email night before to find out more info about the driver and meeting place but no response from the operator.
After 15 min the driver showed up holding placard with my last name written . It’s so stressful waiting.

The trip. I was charge for a service I did not receive because no one picked us up. Worse experience ever. Do not use this service use Uber instead

Our flight was cancelled so I contacted the service and advised them more than two hours before our arrival time. The person I spoke to said he would see me later but when I called after our flight landed I was told that they had already tried to pick us up earlier at the airport and refused to pick us up. Ended up getting a taxi which was about the same price anyway

When we arrived at Malaga we searched for our name. Flight was 30 mins late so we thought this was the reason. We had to phone and text to get driver to pick us up. The driver was so nice and very helpful but the wait was too long Not a great service.
