Dreadful experience. The bus took 39 minutes to arrive and was full. Any places left didn’t have working headphones. When we did stretch across to share the commentary didn’t match the stops. We paid the extra but apart from the walking tour which was excellent it wasn’t worth the money . Disappointed as these hop on buses are usually good. Loved Malaga as a city though!

Tickets für den ganzen Tag online gekauft. Bei der ersten Fahrt scannen sie das Telefon, geben ein Stück Papier und sagen nicht, dass nur dieses für weitere Fahrten im Laufe des Tages verwendet werden kann. Nächste Fahrt, Online-Ticket funktioniert nicht! Ich habe wieder ein Busticket gekauft. Ich habe über 120 Euro für mich, meine Frau und mein Kind bezahlt

We were told our ticket allowed us to Picasso museum and a flamenco dance show. When we got to the museum they said that these tickets only allowed you to see the house next door where Picasso was born. Really? No thanks and then when we got to the flamenco show after an hour of looking for the place they said we had to pay extra to get in. Rip off. Not worth the money. Worst hop on hop off in Europe. Check all the other comments. Even the boat ride was meh… 1 mile p hour one km in and then back. What? Everyone on board was making jokes of the tour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GERE!!!! When we complained politely to the agent he told us to send an email to the company that there was nothing he could do BOOOOOOOOOOO WORST EVER!!!

Great way to see the city - good commentary. Not too busy. Really enjoyed the bus experience. Would recommend the bus- the boat was horrendous as the water was so choppy - were no warnings about this at all!
Also were given the wrong information about the time of the flamenco show and so missed it!

Good overview of Malaga! Helps you decide where to get off and spend some extra time.
Since it was Sunday it didn't start until 10am, wish we had known that. Not sure if that's every day.

Always a good way to get the lay of the land in a new city. Unlike a previous hoho in Barcelona this route had no signs indicating stops so it was very confusing as to where we could hop back on.

What a waste of time and 100 Euro (4x25) No audio tour, just music, no A/C or open windows, lomg wait times at stops, never was able to connect to green line. Take a taxi from Port to city center and walk around and catch city bus. This HOHO was a total waste of time and money. I don't want an apology, I want my money back.

Do not bother. If you want to do the red line first thing in the morning to see a good bit of the city. I suggest only do the red line and only do the cheapest tour. They say the red line will also do the blue. I wasted 2-3 hours just trying to do the blue line instead of exploring on my own. I spent about an hour just sitting waiting for the next bus. One person tried to help. The others just dismissed me or told me the bus I was getting on was going to do the blue line next. That was not the case. Wasted a good bit of my day. One bus driver told me his bus didn’t start for an hour. When I got back after 30-35 mins he was gone. Very misleading and terrible customer service.

Over priced. No commentary on the first bus and no explanation . Quite dangerous as people moved about the top deck trying to plug earphones in but none working. Got off to complain and we’re all moved to a newer bus. Did get the sound but mainly music and very little useful information. Not all the stops were announced so you could easily miss the castle or Alcázar. Not worth the money .

You can't go wrong with a hop-on hop-off bus. It allowed me to see the sights around Malaga without all the walking. A very enjoyable experience.
