Took the "Essential" option which included free admission to Castle Bellver (not an easy place to travel to with public service). This was excellent value and there was a regular service back to Palma City Centre. Plenty of space on the bus each time we got on/off.
The audio tour was interesting - I had my own ear phones, but they were also being handed out when you got on the bus.
NOTE The pick-up near the main Palma Bus Station (where you can buy tickets for the bus) is on the other side of the road. This isn't obvious until you see the bus passing opposite the other bus stops!

The only thing this bus tour is good for is transportation around the city. The headphone hook ups didn't all work but frankly that wasn't a big deal as the narrator said practically nothing the entire time. Such little facts about Mallorca were shared. The bus routes criss crossed over themselves frequently leaving us with very little new to see. One spot we saw 4 times in 1 bus loop.
If you have nothing else to do this is probably fine tour to do but it was disappointing.
In the summer find a bus with the top covering down. Otherwise you'll fry.

The bus is a great way to get an overview of Palma. The island is much bigger than we thought, so we didn’t see more than just in the Palma city area. I listed it as 4 star instead of 5 because their map of stops was inaccurate. We took a 20 minute cab ride from our hotel in Santa Ponsa to one of the nearest stops listed on their website and brochure ( Hotel Paradisio). After waiting there, we learned that the bus no longer stops there. We had to walk a half mile or so with direction from a passerby to find another stop. It wasn’t marked with a sign. The others were. Once on the bus, I got some great pictures from the upper deck viewing point. Unfortunately, it had rained some and most of the seats were wet. They had not dried them off for customers.

Sorry to say that on our return to our ship we waited for an hour and a half at stop # 14 in late afternoon. Not too happy about that.

Nice way to see the city. We used it to go to the castle and definitely helped. Was also good to see where the beach was. Didn’t have to wait too long when we got on.

I always try to get one of these multi stop, tour buses, as they can often be the best way to give you a real perspective on a city.
Palma was very busy and the driver had a lot to contend with, but we did get to see all we wanted.
Didn’t get off and on too much, just happy to see the sights.
Recommend it.

The 1st stop was a little far from the Cruise port, we took a taxi, the hop on hop off ride was pleasant, we took many pictures and did it 2 times, it's really worthy even thou the girls at the stops are not so nice nor helpful.

A great idea but flawed implementation. Was so busy that folks did not get off the bus at each stop leaving many stranded and frustrated. No chance oglf getting into the cathedral. Not the fault of the tour....but we had a little rain and getting a taxi back to the hotel was almost impossible. You have been warned. Overall OK....but avoid busy times.
