This is a 60-minute small group tour with a maximum of 9 people. It features a certified guide who will accompany you on an exciting brief journey. You will be able to see one of the museum’s jewels, the collection of musical instruments in the Conservatorio Luigi Cherubini. This section includes an original Stradivarius from 1690 and the first modern piano, which was invented in Florence.

This was a great tour. Seeing The David was breathtaking! Our tour guide Jana was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and made our tour so enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

This was a great tour - our guide Chiara was great. She was funny and told us about Michelangelo and about the art in the gallery in a very accessible way. Our guide noted things about David that we would not have known if we didn’t have a guide.

Super easy! Our guide was outside, visible and ready to start the tour. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us to enter the gallery smoothly and with no issues. We focussed on a few key pieces of art before viewing David and then onto the music room! The tour was joyful, informative and interesting! Lots of insights and stories which really have richness to the art. We learnt so much about David but also some interesting perspectives on art work that I would have walked past! We had our 11 and 12 year old children with us so we were really impressed that the guide spoke to them as well as the adults in the group and made everything very accessible! What an experience and without the headache of managing access and endless queues etc highly recommend!
