The chef instructor was very patient and very knowledgeable, beautiful setting in Tuscany with glass staircase and skylights. The techniques and knowledge base from the experienced chef were golden nuggets. Truly enjoyed the time here!

They were awesome. Wish we would have done the pasta instead of pizzaa. But that was our choice. We loved the expierience.
