Our driver was excellent. He was looking for us around our luggage pick up, and got us to our Waikiki hotel without any issues, loaded and unloaded our luggage, it was seemless and Ill used them again.

Alena was great. She reached out before our arrival to confirm our flight details, sent a text message welcoming us as we arrived off the plane, and was at the baggage claim area waiting for us.

I would definitely use them again! Our driver arrived early and was there to greet us when we got off of the plane. She was very sweet!

Stan was at the baggage claim with our welcome leis. He helped with our bags and pointed out places of interest on the way to our hotel. He was prompt, friendly, and courteous.

They were there waiting for me upon my arrival with fresh Lei’s. Driver was friendly and gave us a few pointers on what to see and do.

Super nice gentleman had a clearly marked sign, picked us up, and helped with our bags. Personable, pleasant, and the Lei was gorgeous, fresh, and smells wonderful!

We loved seeing our name held up and the VERY FRESH Orchid lays. They smelled so good and were even cool to the touch when they put them on. The driver was very friendly and helpful and was a very nice clean mini van. Was very Pleased. So glad I didn’t have to deal with my bags and traffic. We could just relax and let her do the driving.
