The trip to grand Bahia was smooth and Quick. My daughter had to get use to driving in Jamaica. It was a great experience bypassing waiting on a bus.

We passed the several times not knowing that was our ride. My suggestion would be to have our names displayed when picking up passengers. This would give us a little more security and comfort knowing that is our transportation.

The driver was very attentive getting us to the resort. He explained several landmarks on the route. The driver on the return to the airport was very pleasant. He was nice to talk to

Richard was safe, personable, and kind. He greeted us like family and was very knowledgeable of the area. On the ride he taught us about the culture, language, and geography of where we were.
We had lots of laughs and really enjoyed our 1 hour ride!

Phillip was fantastic. He waited over 3 hours for us, our plane was delayed. He greeted us with a welcoming smile. The ride to our resort was fun and Phillip gave us lots of information about the history of the area. Highly recommend!

Our driver offered us to stop if we wanted, we had traveled all day so were wanting food, and he took us to a great little place with really good food. No rush, super friendly, really present

Our travel agent hooked us up with airport shuttle service on Island Comfort Tours. We were picked up at the Montego Bay, Jamaica, Sangster International Airport. Our driver RICHARD was incredible! RICHARD was informative, entertaining, hospitable, and charming. The ride to our motel then back to the airport a few days later was outstanding. RICHARD is truly the best of the best!!! He was definitely one of the highlights of our Jamaican experience. Thanks, RICHARD, for being so awesome. You are amazing!!! We appreciate the effort you put in to making our journey fun, safe, and memorable.
