Freddy is a great guide. He's super knowledgeable and friendly. The cenotes he took us to were amazing and each one was a different type. We loved that the tour departed early since it meant that we were the first ones in the cenotes. We had them all to ourselves! Izamal is a very pretty town to end the tour on. I would definitely recommend this tour and Guias de Yucatan.

We had an amazing experience with Freddy and Guias de Yucatan. The tour leaves early so we were the first ones in the cenotes. It was like having our own private cenotes the entire time. Freddy is a great and knowledgeable guide. He answered all our questions and provided great information on Merida, the Yucatan, the cenotes and Izamal. I definitely recommend taking this tour with Guias de Yucatan when you're in Merida.

Estaba buscando varios servicios y ninguna otra agencia de tours me convencia hasta que los encontré y quede fascinado con los precios bajos y su trato súper amable son muy buenas personas con un buen ambiente tanto en el viaje como en el tour y muy hermoso a los cenotes que te llevan si tienen las oportunidad de viajar con ellos no la desaprovechen

My wife and I went with one other couple to 4 Cenotes, it was our first time and it did not disappoint. We had a blast, bring swim shoes and googles. Worth every cent, don't forget to tip your tour guide/driver.

The cenotes of Santa Barbara were simply amazing. Each of the cenotes were different. Cenote #1 was almost entirely domed with little sunlight entering, #2 was an amazing cavern filled with stalagtites, and #4 was the largest fully open to the sky -- looking like a natural lazy river. The guide, Delio, was a big part of our enjoyment. His knowledge and passion for the Mayan culture is obvious and inspiring. What a gentle, kind soul he is, and he's very funny too! We plan on returning to the Yucatan to ride el Tren Maya and visit additional Mayan sites and hope that Delio will be our companion.

The tour was great, the guide Carlos Pacheco was super friendly and attentive. It allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted in the cenotes without rushing, just like in Izamal. We had a very pleasant conversation and the overall experience was the best. The cenotes, especially the last one, very beautiful!
