The entrance to Rock canyon is a thrilling one. Skirting the east boarder of Zion National Park, we take you through the dune like area known as Elephant Alcove compete with plenty of off road driving. Once to the trail head, Rock Canyon offers a delightful experience with four rappels, including a stunning 110-foot descent into a captivating alcove. As you approach the East Fork, the canyon turns into a lush scene with cottonwood trees and grasses. A small moderate hike out brings you right back to your vehicle.

We actually did the 2.5 hr ride and rappel tour out of Orderville. It was a "beginner" rappelling tour and we loved it! Zaaj was our guide and he was fantastic. I would suggest asking for him! We had a great morning in a cool slot canyon, doing some basic rappelling that gradually got a little higher each time. We felt safe and daring at the same time! Makes us want to come back for more!

We were looking to add adventure to our trip. This tour did not disappoint. It was an amazing experience for all of us. The guides, Keith and Joe, were excellent and very knowledgeable of the area. It was a great mix of hiking and rappelling. A bonus was learning about the different plants and history of the area. The UTV ride through the dunes was fun.

One of the best days ever! Beautiful scenery and lots of fun rappelling even though I am a newbie to rappelling and a senior citizen. Our guides Rob and Keith were fantastic! My adult daughter and I are so glad we chose ROAM Outdoor Adventure Company.. I highly recommend ROAM.

I have been a multiple adventures, hands down , this was the best! Niel was so informative and helpful at every turn! We hadn’t replelled since forever, Neil built up our confidence and was very careful every time we did a difficult task! He is a true asset to his company. We saw so many cool rock formations and colors! Only do this tour if you are ready for a challenging adventure!

Our guide Weston was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the history, geology, and anthropology of the area. We finished the planned rappelling portion of our excursion ahead of schedule, so he took his time to show us some additional local treasures. Highly recommend this excursion.
