The transportation is comfortable and safe we dont drive over the Speed Limit your safety is the most important for us. The driver and customers must wear mask during the trip because the COVID regulations. The Car is sanitized everyday.
This is a Customize Service we dont pick up any body else between your hotel and the airport.

We left our phone in the car after being dropped off and our driver turned around to return it to us.

Driver pick us up in time but all downhill from there. It was hot during the whole drive to the airport, air conditioning is probably not working but he didn’t bother to us if we’re comfortable.
Back seat was dusty and I got a couple of bug bites during the hour drive.

Our driver was almost an hour late. We had to call viator and him multiple times. He told us we would be there in 10 minutes he showed up 50 minutes later.We almost missed our flight. Thankfully some nice people at the airport let us skip the line so we made it just in time.

After we the agent confirmed that the car transportation is available and I was charged the amount listed and the time of pick up.in couple of hours I got a message that they do t pick up from our hotel and that the whole time I spent trying to secure a car to the airport was wasted.even though I asked the agent if he is sure about everything and he said our hotel is on the list for pick up.

Driver, Ricardo was very nice. However, he was not allowed entering to the lobby of Sandos because a lack of credentials from Best Tours of Mexico. We had to walk down to the gate with our bags, as you do when you call Uber for less $$$.
