We went on one of their boats with Captain Crunch last Tuesday, June 18 at 1:00.
Our highly anticipated experience was such a let down. The boat was booked through a concierge and apparently they passed his commission on to us! The 1400.00 trip online cost us 1700.00.
First thing, we had to waste time of our booked cursing time being taken to their office to sign the ipad....never was that explained and what a waste of time in this electronic age.
The captain and his assistant were less than helpful during the entire booking. They were not engaging at all. One would think someone in the tourist industry would at least act like they like their job! They would drive us to a location, point us in a direction then get on their cell phone until it was time to go to the next place. The spot they choose for snorkeling was so rough it was hard for the adults to snorkel, much less the children! They provided no instruction or assistance. At one point a big wave came as my daughter in law was trying to get up the ladder and they didn't even try to help. She ended up throwing her flipper in the boat. They did take us to a spot to get a conch, which my son requested. They found one for him but when he came up from getting it, he had so much ear pain he was throwing up over the side of the boat. The captain just sat there with a smile. We had to ask for food (which was very sub par) as the children were hungry then at the sand bar instead of serving it again, they were on their phones so my son went to the cooler to get it out. The captain said, oh I forgot. They also failed to give me the bottle of wine the concierge had given me for the mix up in dates and asked them keep for me during our time on the water.
So, all in all, the trip was so disappointing. To spend over 2000.00 (including tip) and not receive excellent service is just not right.
I did contact the company via email and no response to date, which is what I expected but had hoped for better.

The views were awesome! We saw a shark, an abandoned boat. We even got dropped off at iguana island and walked around the pretty beach! Captain Jerry is the GOAT

Capt Jerry and marcelin. Worth every penny. These guys know how to make it a vacation. It was a family charter but they managed to make it perfect for both kids and adults. Will be back!

Captain jerry was very nice and fun to be around and had amazing music playing the whole time we where on the trip. would definitely recommend this trip and requesting captain Jerry.

The experience was the highlight of our trip. Captains John and Viguel took exceptional care of us. Since it was a private boat, we were able to build the itinerary based on what we wanted to do and stay at each spot as long or short as we wanted. Was the PERFECT 1/2 day adventure!! Even the teenagers could not stop raving about it. Said it exceeded their expectations.

Captain Vigel and John were amazing guides. They took us everywhere we asked and we’re very friendly. They took us all conked diving and made fresh ceviche

Capt jerry and big show were the best ever. Got to dive with a dolphin and spent time on a beautiful private sandbar. It was excellent. Couldn’t recommend it any more

Captain Manny & Mate Rushane were amazing! We swam/snorkled with sea turtles, visited iguana island, and spent time on a beautiful remote sand bar. Captain Manny & Rushane dove for conch the morning before our boat trip and made the most delicious conch ceviche and we were so excited to bring home the shell as a souvenir. The whole family, including the grand parents and kids (ages 9, 6 & 5) enjoyed all parts of the trip — it was perfect for all ages. I highly recommend taking this excursion!

This four hour boat trip was the highlight of our stay at Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos. We did this private charter on the boat named MIA to avoid the crowded snorkle boats that sometimes are just too crazy. Our captain was Captain Crunch with first mate John. That was the entire crew since there were just three adults and a very energetic four year old. Everything went perfectly starting from the prompt pickup at our beachfront. John shared some me very informative details about T&C islands as we toured the coast. We then did some great snorkeling beyond the coral reef where the fish were plentiful. We were served a llight snack of sandwiches and fruit and plenty to drink. We then went Conch hunting, brought in three conch that we had for a great lunch on the boat. Stopped at iguana island to walk the pristine beaches of the Caribbean and then wandered over to the Atlantic side. We then did some tubing for most of the way back.
When we come back we will definitely try to do this boat trip again; and we will ask that Captain Crunch and John be the crew.
