There was no bbq dinner. It was only a wrap and a coffee, that’s also if we want. The vehicle was filthy

The tour guide never showed up. We lost an entire afternoon during our limited time In Tromsø. Poor customer service available to rectify or loss of time and positive travel experiences. I will not book with Viator ever in the future.

Our tour was canceled just 4 hours before it was supposed to start without any explanation despite the amazing weather!
It was very disappointing for us since we haven’t had a chance to book any other fjord tour for the same day since everything was booked out.
At least cancel one day ahead to give customers the chance to do book/do something similar!

Amazing experience! My husband and I were so lucky to observe one of the latest sunset of the summer in wonderful landscapes. Cristian is an super guide (and propose homemade local delicious food) He explained to us many things about nature, Norwegian traditions and food. We’ll be back for sure in winter to see northern lights !
