I travelled with Paul on a trip to bring my (very boisterous) puppy down the country. I was stressed to be travelling with such a young dog but Paul could not have been kinder or more understanding. Really left a nice impression. (The support team were also very responsive and lovely - Jana was very accommodating).

Great service, I use them regularly to go back and forth to the airport. Most of the times I have had Morris, he is wonderful, professional, friendly and on time. The car is always spotless.

Booked through Viator and trying to get a refund, as of yet your company hasn't responded. I booked a private luxury transfer for $137. I taxi reeking of smoke showed up instead. If I had wanted a taxi that is what I would have ordered and it would have been under $50. Very frustrated.

I would HIGHLY recommend! They were punctual and on time and Maurice (I think that is how you spell it) was the nicest gentlemen ever! Picked us up right where we asked him too and dropped us off right at the terminal!

Driver showed up 20 minutes late. The booking was for a 4 door black sedan. They sent a TAXI mini van. If I wanted a taxi I could have flagged one down in the street or used Uber at not even half the price I paid for this. It was a complete rip off.
