Once you have completed this course you will be able to dive anywhere in the world! Can you imagine being able to discover the seabed when you travel to an exotic destination? You will be able to live in person being in an aquarium surrounded by colorful fish.

Our experience was totally ruined by the blockage caused by the Tour of Spain, preventing us from reaching our meeting point. Despite our attempts via emails and messages, the diving instructor categorically refused to help us find an alternative solution or another date. His rude and condescending attitude was blatant, all because we booked through GetYourGuide and not direct.
Our activity, for which we spent €180, has become a dead loss. His only response was a disinterested “It’s not my problem!” I strongly advise you to choose another diving provider, potentially more friendly and understanding. Avoid this unsatisfactory business experience and choose companies that truly care about their customers.

After a spending our weekend with Alex from iDive Bcn, we successfully completed our PADI Open Water course. From the moment we had our first contact to saying goodbye at the dive site, our experience with this company was excellent! The communication was all in English and very fast, and they were accommodating to schedule changes too. Alex made sure we felt completely comfortable both in and out the water. He explained everything calmly and with great patience (and was very honest when we made mistakes). After completing two half days (and doing the theory part online in the days ahead of the dives), we feel very confident and safe to start diving by ourselves soon. We will definitely come back to iDive to complete more courses in the future!

10/10 would recommend! I came to Spain for a work trip & wanted to do something for myself while here. I signed up for the 1 day course via Viator which will certify you to scuba, but only with a PADI certified instructor. Sid let me know this my first day & let me sign up for the 2nd day which certified me to scuba on my own (with a buddy of course). From start to finish, Sid was great. I struggled a bit on day 1, almost quit & he was able to help me work through it & I am SO glad he did. Highlight of my trip!
