Both days were absolutely amazing in their own unique way.
Day one was the rainforest and it was a beautiful tour lots of information and good views.
Day two was the highlight for me down under cruise really did a phenomenal job. You have a lot of space to snorkel and enjoy the reef (it does not feel cramped at all). Both locations for the snorkeling were super beautiful
I can absolutely recommend the tour

The staff on the reef tour were amazing and couldn’t do enough for everyone on board even though the weather wasn’t good the trip and lunch were excellent the overall day was good and well worth the trip

The best part is always the tour leader and Rowan didn't disappoint! He is very knowledgeable about the area and was very friendly, and inclusive of everyone. The whole trip from the boat on the river to see crocs, a walk on a pristine beach, a delicious lunch at a jungle restaurant, unique ice cream flavours to try, and a swim at Mossman Gorge completed an amazing day. Well worth the time and money! Highly recommended!

Super rough waters the day that we went. I mean high tides. I believe they should have canceled it because they were asking people to take seasick pills prior to take off. The waters were rough and way too many ppl in the excursion to really enjoy and take it all in. It was like fishes flapping around on land and constantly getting kicked while on the water.
They never came to pick us up for the second tour for the rainforest tour. They told the receptionist they were coming back to pick us up and supposedly called us but that was a lie. Then viator refused to give us a partial refund even though we were at the pick up spot from 6:55 am to 8:02. We called them twice picked up on the second call only to inform us that we missed the bus lol. Crappy customer service and I would not recommend these ppl.

The great Barrier reef boat adventure was fenomenal. The team was very organized, professional, entertaining and knowledgeable. The boat was clean the food was plentiful and very good. We had a blast thank you

Great Barrier Reef was absolutely incredible! Bucket list material and the staff really look after you and make your day special. If you get even a little bit travel sick though would highly recommend taking sea sickness tablets which they provide at a small extra cost on board. Unfortunately due to the recent storms, unlucky weather conditions and high tide the Daintree Rainforest experience didn’t live up to expectations. We didn’t get to see much which was a bit disappointing. However, we did visit some beautiful beaches with lovely view and had really lovely ice cream made with fruit grown locally.

Our guide Gavin was both very knowledgable and entertaining. The Daintree is such a stunning location and Billy Tea tours made it even better. We'd highly recommend booking this tour.

Unfortunately the reef tour was cancelled due to the threat of oncoming Cyclone Jasper, but the Rainforest tour did go ahead and it was excellent. Guide Rohan was personable and a great tour guide throughout the day, with informed commentary and an emphasis on keeping things moving. He was awesome. The stops were fun, especially the ice cream and the swimming hole. It was a full 12 hour day, but it was well worth it. Loved every second.

The Billy Tea Daintree Rainforest day trip far exceeded our expectations! The tour provided pick-up and drop-off transfers from our hotel which was very convenient. The vehicle itself was very accommodating, with plenty of windows all over the bus to ensure everyone could get good photos during the scenic drives. Our tour guide Graeme was quick to point out interesting plants and animals throughout the day, enriching the experience with fun facts, songs, and a 10/10 dive into Emmogen Creek! We were so thankful for Graeme!
We would definitely recommend this day tour for anyone wanting to experience the Daintree. We got the most beautiful nature photos and gained a greater understanding of appreciation for this diverse biome.
