The pick up at airport was super smooth. The driver had my name on a paper. After that, we were led to the outside waiting area and the driver left to get his car. It was a good experience and our driver actually spoke English.

Very fast and friendly transfers to the hotel from TPE. The only issue was that it took so long for us to get our luggage that the driver went ahead and got the car and met us outside. Luckily, there are numbers that the driver can tell you where he is. So the driver texted me via What's App and I was able to find him quickly. Be sure to use WhatsApp and include your phone number in the communications to the company. It makes everything so much easier.

The airport transfer was very easy. They sent me an email the day before with the meeting point at the airport. When I arrived, I was met by a person holding a sign with my name and off to the hotel.

The Viator representative was exactly where they said he would be with a sign with my name clearly visible as I exited the Customs area and he took me right to the car and driver. The only thing was that I booked a minivan and this was not a minivan, but my wheelchair did fit but only because I was solo and they had to put two of my luggage in the seats. But overall, a good experience and no hassles.

Standard and clean transport. What impress me was the driver will monitor the arrival time of the flight and reach the airport to pick us up timely.

A little disappointed by this experience. They picked me up no problem, but the car was a beat old Toyota Prius. For the money, I was expecting a black car service (like the picture). Getting a taxi at the airport is better - this one’s price is geared towards Americans who don’t know any better.
