I booked the private car transfer from the hotel to the airport, but the confirmation I received was for the airport to the hotel, which was confusing

Prompt transfer to TSA airport from our hotel. Driver was very courteous. Van was appointed and spacious. Price was reasonable - highly recommend!

When I booked the ride, I told them that I needed a minivan and not an SUV because I had a lot of luggage and an electric wheelchair. The company contacted me several times to clarify and sent a minivan. Although I wasn't sure if the drive spoke English, he was very good and was able to store all of my luggage and when we got to the airport, he was able to load all of the luggage onto one cart.

Only thing is we will msg to wait in the lobby but the car was waiting outside and didn't come in to get us.

The pick up wasn’t waiting the waiting area after customs but outside by the curb. It was hard to find and they had my name on a bird with several others. The car was not waiting. I had to wait around 10 minutes for a car to show up. Nothing too special when compared to an Uber. I wouldn’t recommend.
