I do not recommend this service. We had originally requested at 10:00am pickup and were told that our pickup time was 8:00am. When we requested it to be adjusted back closer to 10:00, we were told that they didn’t have any flexibility. Regarding the ride itself, the actual driver arrived late and was constantly veering into the other lane. We almost hit other cars on multiple occasions. I highly recommend avoiding this transportation service option.

Great service! We need to get from our hotel in Taipei to the cruise terminal in Keelung.
We considered taking the train. But with 5 people and all our luggage, we decided to book a transfer instead.
We were glad we did. The service was excellent. The driver arrived at the appointed time and we arrived at the cruise terminal with time to spare.
Excellent driver made the transfer seamless!
