Dylan tours was fantastic! Our tour guide, mark, made things even better. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We learned a lot. The Muir Woods were amazing, a must-see. The city tour was very interesting and the audio tour at Alcatraz was very informative. You could almost feel the prisoners there. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our flights were cancelled by WestJet so we didn’t even get to SanFrancisco to go in the trip. I notified Viator to contact the tour company 2 days prior. I got several a phone calls the day of the trip asking where we were??? Was kinda hopeful that the tour operator could have role the seat and perhaps gave us a refund, but Viator ensured that was not going to happen.

It’s a lot to do in 1 day, provided you include Alcatraz; it’s a great way to get it all done in 1 day though. Vlad, our guide was funny and knowledgeable, bring cash for a tip, he earns it. The meet place is a park, it can make you question yourself if you are at the right location, assuming it’s your first time in SFO, but they buses show up on time. They are organized and friendly, be 5 or 10 mins early to the meet and at the end of all stops. It’s a must do. If you do, you’ll have a good time.

Captain Roger was fantastic! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he was also entertaining and personable. We had a really good time. Oh! And when he recommends you eat at Venice Deli, you should listen.

This was a great tour with just the right amount of time for each stop. Our tour guide, Mark, was excellent and was very knowledgeable. He had great visual aids to showcase his stories. He even provide water and snacks for the group! We didn’t do Alcatraz and chose to walk around Fisherman’s Ward afterwards.
