You’ll join one of our hosts to experience the city as it’s dressed up in all its festive finery, soaking up the magical atmosphere and getting into the festive spirit! There’s the Winter Wonderland Festival, complete with ferris wheels, ice-rinks and huge Christmas markets.
Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

I had difficulty in walking on cobblestones and Michael was patient and kind. He slowed his pace for me and made sure I was comfortable and enjoyed Brussels. Would HIGHLY recommend him❣️

Went to the markets with my fiance and had a great time. there is a number of locations which have different things to the others, all within walking distance of each other.
The light and music show at Grand Place is amazing, all reasonably priced drinks and food.
You have to pay a €1 deposit for a plastic beaker/cup but you get that back easily.
Well worth a visit for all ages

It was a great idea to book Milton as our host. He was both considered and very nice. He guided us to the Christmans market, Grand Plaz, Cathedral, Royal Palace and lots more. He is very familiar and up to date in the history of the city. We really enjoyed his company.

Excellent tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He was also very accommodating as I had broken a bone in my foot right before our trip and was wearing a boot. Brussels was spectacular this time of year and this was the perfect way to see it!
