It was a great time. They were very accommodating with the children. They were very helpful. They even left my wife go after us since she was holding our two-year-old. The staff is friendly and fun. The ATV ride was the best part and the my 5 year old jumped into the cenote.

My cousin and I booked this because of viator but we were disappointed. The cenote, zipline, and ATV are about 20 mins for each. If you do tequila tasting, that's another 15/20 mins. The rest of the time you are waiting around or listening to instructions. Honestly, we were having a good time until we went to sit in the restaurant to get our free tacos at the end of our program. Our guide went around and specifically asked people who did not tip at least $15 USD to tip more. He came to our table and literally kept asking us and the family next to us even though both groups had tipped $10 each. We finally gave in because we did not want to be harassed anymore. It really left a bad impression on the whole experience. If tips are that important, you should just include it in the ticket price and not harass people, especially when people can't leave because they are waiting on transportation which you are providing. Buyer be aware.

This is an awesome place to visit for the experience. The kids enjoyed the zipline, ATV riding, and cenote. The adults also enjoyed the activities, but the Teqeulia is amazing. Note please take cash or card to purchase items here you may want. The ride in the jungle was bumpy, but the experience made up for it. I purchased photos would have love to include them, but I have not received the email file for the pictures purchased.

I enjoyed myself doing all the activities but if you doing Zip Lining be careful I fell and burst my legs really badly

Everything was good only one thing I would like to point is when I got a burn on my leg while I was riding a ATV . ATV mud gard is all broken. Got 2nd degree burn. Fun but became full. They will ask for more tip so be prepared

Pablo was awesome however there is about an hour wait after you eat before you board the return bus. The long wait is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
