Pablo was awesome however there is about an hour wait after you eat before you board the return bus. The long wait is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic time! Was a really good experience. We did have to skip part of the zipline because due to lack of helmets/gloves when our group started. But the experience was great due to our guide Jony!

### Tour Review
Our recent adventure tour had its highs and lows.
**Zipline Experience:** The ziplining was an absolute thrill. The staff ensured safety while allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking views and the adrenaline rush.
**Cenotes Exploration:** Visiting the cenotes was a fantastic experience. The natural beauty and the opportunity to swim in these unique water bodies were truly unforgettable.
**ATV Ride:** The ATV portion of the tour was disappointing. Many of the ATVs seemed run down, and we felt pressured to purchase additional equipment for safety. Despite booking for 4 adults and 1 child, the team tried to make one person in our party be a ride-along passenger, which was frustrating.
**Taco Snack:** The taco snack was just okay. There were no chicken tacos available unless you paid extra, and it would have been nice if a drink was included. It felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed at every turn.
Overall, despite some frustrations, our group had a good time, especially enjoying the zipline and cenotes. However, improvements could be made in the ATV experience and snack offerings to enhance the overall tour experience.

It was great we loved it they took good care of us. Moto Moto was energetic and lively. They had music and vibes kept us safe and made sure we had fun. Atv’s was my personal favorite but overall great experience!!!!!
